Terms: Net 30 days- This release not valid until payment is received in full by Hoffman International Model Agency. Prints may not be lifted to TV.
Model/Talent Release: In consideration of the total amount stated hereon, I hereby sell, assign, and grant to above or those for whom they are acting as indicated above, the right and permission to copyright and/or use and/or publish photographic prints of me in which I may be included in whole, or in part, or composite, or reproduction thereof in color or otherwise made through print media at their studios or elsewhere for art advertising, trade, or any other similar lawful purpose whatsoever, including television use.
I hereby release and discharge the above, it's successors and all persons acting under it's permission or authority or those for whom it is acting from any liability such as blurring, distortion, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or any processing tending toward completion of the finished product.
This release not valid until payment is received in full by Hoffman International Model Agency. This release takes precedence over any other release.
Talent Note: Vouchers must be returned to Hoffman International Model Agency within 3 working days. After 3 days, $1.00 per day late fee will be charged.
